$200,000 for Warrior's Reward filly at OBS 2-year-old sale

Kings Equine, agent for Spendthrift Farm, consigned and sold a filly from the first crop of Warrior's Reward for $200,000 during the opening day of the April 21-24 OBS Sale of 2-year-olds in training.

Warrior's Reward's 2-year-olds have an average sale price of $190,000 prior to this OBS auction, more than 15 times his 2014 stud fee of $12,500.

Klaravich Stable, Inc. was the winning bidder for hip No. 67, who had breezed a very quick 9.4 seconds at the pre-sale under tack show. The bay filly is out of the stakes-winning Comic Strip mare G G's Dolly.
