$325,000 Warrior's Reward filly tops Keeneland's Tuesday session

Spendthrift stallion Warrior's Reward had the session-topper during Tuesday's action at the Keeneland Yearling sale, with Live Oak Plantation placing a winning bid of $325,000 for the dark bay filly.

Warrendale Sales, agent for Hargus and Sandra Sexton, consigned hip No. 2702. The filly's dam, Unbridled Appeal, has already produced three stakes performers and is a half-sister to Keeneland stakes winner Turkappeal and Rehear, the dam of graded stakes winners Mani Bhavan and Hear the Ghost.

Tuesday's session-topper was Warrior's Reward's first offering of the sale. He has 25 lots remaining in the auction, which runs through Sept. 23.
