2yo filly becomes Warrior’s Reward’s newest exciting stakes winner

Andreya’s Reward, a 2-year-old filly from Warrior’s Reward’s second crop, became her sire’s newest exciting stakes winner on Saturday, Oct. 3rd, showing an impressive turn of foot to win the $75,000 Our Dear Peggy S. [VIDEO] at one mile on turf at Gulfstream Park. She earned a solid 70 Beyer for the performance and flashed the talent for a bright future ahead.

Trained by Milton Wolfson, Andreya’s Reward exploded in the stretch for a decisive two-length victory, running the mile in 1:36.66. It marked her second dominant win at the distance, as she broke her maiden first-time out by an eye-catching four lengths in a $40,000 Maiden Special Weight at Gulfstream back in August.

The promising filly moved her earnings to $76,830 for owner N.T.S. Stable, Inc. and Kathryn Davey, Bred in Kentucky by “Share The Upside” participants Bob Horton, Rae Horton, and Charles Middleton, Andreya’s Reward was a $40,000 weanling sale at Keeneland.
