Another debut MdSpWt winner for Archarcharch

Friday, June 26, 2015
Whataclassylady sped to a one-length victory in a $42,000 maiden special weight contest Thursday at Churchill Downs to give Archarcharch his third winner from his first crop. Each of the Spendthrift stallion’s winners have come in special weight races, propelling him to the third spot on the Freshman Sire List.

Whataclassylady won in front-running style, stopping the timer in :52 1/5 for the 4 ½ furlongs (VIDEO).

The gray or roan filly is owned by Randy Patterson and trained by Randy Morse. Bred in Florida by English Range Farm, Whataclassylady was purchased by her owner for $90,000 out of this April’s OBS Spring Sale of 2-year-olds.
