Boucan second winner of the week for Can the Man

Can the Man

Thursday, July 26, 2018
Boucan battled to a game half-length maiden win on July 26 to give First-Crop sire Can the Man his second winner in four days.

Owned and trained by Wayne Rice, Boucan got a stiff test in the first half-mile from Bruja Bug. After she put that foe away, Bratt Stack came on the scene late, but Boucan showed her mettle to claim the victory in :59.62 for the five furlongs.

Boucan is the latest of five winners out of Miki's Melody, who is a half-sister to multiple stakes winner My Pal Lana.
