Dame Plata rolled to a 5 1/2-length victory in a 2-year-old maiden special weight race on July 13 at Canterbury Downs [WATCH RACE].

Cross Traffic now has three winners from his first crop and ranks second among all freshman sires standing in Kentucky, ahead of the likes of Will Take Charge, Strong Mandate and Fed Biz.

After an early challenge, Dame Plata put in an extremely impressive stretch run, drawing off under a hand ride to cover the 5 1/2-furlongs in 1:04.78.

The winner was bred by Sugarland Thoroghbreds LLC and is a half-brother to Group 1 winner La Glamorosa and stakes winner Paddy O'Lionel.
