Cross Traffic chalked up his sixth first-crop winner on Aug. 2 when Crosstown Shootout swept to victory in a 5 1/2-furlong maiden special weight affair for 2-year-olds at Presque Isle Downs [WATCH RACE].

With six winners and over $150,000 in progeny earnings to date, Cross Traffic trails only fellow Spendthrift stallion Goldencents in both categories on the Kentucky Freshman Sire list.

Crosstown Shootout was very professional in his career debut. Sitting in fifth behind a wall of horses, he swung four-wide into the stretch, then surged past Elysium to win going away by a length and a half.

The winner was bred by Shagbark Farm and is the second foal out of the Grade 2-placed Unbridled's Song mare Sally Sally.
