Monday, April 26, 2010
A 2-year-old colt by Don't Get Mad brought $70,000 at the recently concluded OBS 2010 training sale held at the central Florida auction house. Cataloged as Hip No. 857, he sold on day three of the four-day event that ran Apr. 19-22.

Part of Don't Get Mad's first crop of foals, the bay colt was signed for by Buzz Chace, agent. He was consigned by M & H Training and Sales, Agent II. The colt is the first foal out of Cedar Summer, who bankrolled more than $100,000 in her racing career. She was stakes-placed at Oaklawn Park and Ellis Park.  The extended family includes the multiple Grade 2 winner and Turfway Park track record holder Ball Four.
