Say Charlie's racing debut in the $100,000 Louisiana Stallion S. Saturday at Louisiana Downs served up the first stakes winner for freshman sire My Pal Charlie, with the 2-year-old colt racing wide the entire trip to prevail by three-quarters of a length (VIDEO).

With four winners and $135,000 in progeny earnings to date, My Pal Charlie is in the top 20 on the 2013 Freshman Sire list.
