It's a Sweet One was pressured the entire time in his five-furlong maiden special weight win on Dec. 9, digging in deep stretch to win by three-quarters of a length over Dr. Boehrer (VIDEO).

It's a Sweet One was bred by Spendthrift Farm and is the second foal out of Officer's Holiday. Her dam Illeria, a Grade 3 winner herself, produced the likes of Pimlico Special (G1) winner and $1.6 million earner Include, Grade 3 winner Magic Broad, multiple stakes winner Broad Rule and Encaustic, and stakes winner Magical Broad.
