Graded races full of Malibu Moon progeny this weekend

Friday, August 27, 2010
The starting gates in the Grade I and Grade II races will be filled with progeny by Malibu Moon this weekend, as at least six of his sons and daughters are competing in the best races across America.

At Saratoga, Latigo Shore and In Jack’s Memory both face the starter in the $250,000 King’s Bishop S. (G1) on Saturday, while Life At Ten goes for her seventh straight win in the $300,000 Personal Ensign H. (G1) on Sunday.

At Del Mar, Kanan Dume tackles the $300,000 Pat O’Brien S. (G1) on the main track on Saturday, while Megastar competes in the $200,000 Del Mar H. (G2) over the turf on Sunday.

And at Monmouth, Malibu Prayer looks for her third straight win in Sunday’s $300,000 Molly Pitcher S. (G2).

Malibu Moon is America’s #3 Sire, including six Graded winners this year. Both Life At Ten and Malibu Prayer are already Grade I winners.
