Cross Traffic

Cross Traffic added to his impressive August resume on Saturday when the 2-year-old filly Dress Shopping broke her maiden by eight lengths at first asking in a six furlong maiden special weight contest at Canterbury Park.

Running in the colors of Norman Tremblay, Dress Shopping left little doubt as who was best. Sitting just off the lead early on, she hit her stride entering the stretch and pulled away with ease in the final furlong to stop the timer in 1:12.44 on the fast main track.

The winner was bred by T/C Stable and Emcee Stable, LLC. She is Cross Traffic's eighth winner from his first crop, which leads all Freshman sires.
