Into Mischief $575K colt highlight at Keeneland

Into Mischief, sire of leading 2016 2-year-old Practical Joke, saw buyers go to $575,000 for a yearling by the Spendthrift stallion during the first session of the Keeneland September Yearling sale on Monday afternoon.

Consigned by Gainesway, agent, hip No. 153 went to Lane's End. The Kentucky-bred colt is the first foal out of the Empire Maker mare Advance Party, who is a sister to U.A.E. Horse of the Year Festival of Light, Grade 1-winning millionaire Acoma, and the late top sire and Grade 1 winner Arch.

Into Mischief has a total of 66 remaining lots cataloged in the sale, which runs through Sept. 25.
