Into Mischief yearling brings $160K at Keeneland

Day 3 of the Keeneland January sale saw a yearling colt by Into Mischief bring $160,000, the second-highest yearling price of the session.

The bay colt, catalogued as hip No. 1102, was consigned by Taylor Made Sales agency, was purchased by Alex and JoAnn Lieblong. The yearling is the second foal out of the Meadowlake mare Daysofwebnroses.

Into Mischief, who finished 2012 ranked second on the Freshman Sire list, has started off 2013 in terrific fashion, with two graded stakes winners in the first week of January: Vyjack scoring in the Grade 2 Jerome S. at Aqueduct and Goldencents annexing the Grade 3 Sham S. at Santa Anita.
