Moon Catcher, the Grade II winning daughter of Malibu Moon, was purchased for $1,350,000 at the 2008 Keeneland January Horses of All Age Sale!

The newly turned 4-year-old filly, who was victorious in both the G2 Delaware Oaks and the Susan's Girl Breeders' Cup Stakes last season, was purchased by agent Emmanuel de Seroux.

"She's for Marsha Naify," de Seroux told the Thoroughbred Daily News. "Marsha has many trainers, but this one will go to Christophe Clement in Florida now. We still think she has a lot of racing left in her, and are
optimistic that she could be a Grade I mare this season."

Moon Catcher previously raced for the CJZ Racing Stable of Tim Ritchey and Chuck Zacney. She was produced by the *Vaguely Noble mare Smartster and is from the immediate family of Ancient Title, the millionaire and California racing icon of the 1970's.
