First-crop Notional filly sells for $105,000 at OBS

A 2-year-old filly from the first crop of Notional brought a winning bid of $105,000 on Day 1 at OBS March. The chestnut filly was consigned by Parrish Farms, agent. Three-time graded stakes winner Notional entered stud in 2009 stands the 2012 season for $7,500, LFS&N.

The filly, which sold as hip No. 78, was bought by Bloom Racing Stable. Bred in Pennsylvania, the juvenile comes from the same family as Infinidad, winner of over a half-million dollars and graded stakes in her native Chile and the United States, topped by the Grade 1 Vanity Invitational H.
