Warrior's Reward

Saturday, April 28, 2018
The April 24-27 OBS 2-year-old sale's last session on Friday closed out a terrific month for Warrior's Reward when a filly by the Spendthrift stallion sold for $300,000 to Baoma Corporation.

April got off to a sparkling start for Warrior's Reward when Warrior's Club scored impressively in the Commonwealth (G3) at Keeneland, setting him up for a likely start in the Churchill Downs S. (G2) next weekend.

Brick City acquired the filly, hip No. 1020, from the  Brick City Thoroughbreds consignment. The filly's dam, Song'n Dance, has already produced a pair of stakes horses in Catsadiva and John's Success. Song'n Dance's dam, Song for Par Ci, is a half-sister to millionaire and multiple Grade 1 winner Win.
