Spendthrift invites public to 2014 Open House

Spendthrift Farm will hold an Open House each day between 12:00 noon and 3:00 p.m. starting today and running through Thursday Jan. 9 at farm's stallion complex on Iron Works Pike in Lexington, Kentucky. Lunch will be provided.

Visitors are welcome without appointment to see the entire Spendthrift roster, including its newest addition, recently retired Flat Out, a three-time Grade 1 winner who finished his illustrious career in style with a victory in the Grade 1 Cigar Mile.

Other new sires for 2014 at Spendthrift are the regally-bred Grade 1 winner Jimmy Creed and Grade 1 CashCall Futurity winner Liaison.
