Temple City winners list grows to double digits

Top-five freshman sire Temple City tallied his tenth winner on Tuesday when W B and Me cruised to a 1 ¾ length maiden special weight victory at Mountaineer Park.

The Edward Brown homebred colt is out of the Successful Appeal mare Double D Appeal, who herself was a stakes winner as a 2-year-old. 

Temple City ranks in the top five in several categories on the First-crop Sire list, including stakes winners, stakes horses, progeny earnings. He will stand the 2015 season at Spendthrift for $12,500 LFS&N.
