Travieza wins Unzip Me in stakes debut

Into Mischief's 2018 black type winners tally now stands at 16 after Travieza won Santa Anita's $75,000 Unzip Me S. on Sept. 29 in her stakes debut. 

Into Mischief's runners have now banked nearly $10.9 million this year, placing him third on the 2018 active General Sires list.

Travieza  was always well-placed in the Unzip Me, which is run at 6 1/2-furlongs on the downhill turf course. After battling for the lead for the first half-mile, she pulled away at the top of the stretch to ultimately win by 1 1/4-lengths in 1:12.42 on the firm turf.

Travieza is owned by W C Racing (also her breeder) and Greg Lewis. She has won or placed in 9 of 11 starts and earned $154,425.
