United Patriot prevails in Keeneland maiden

Flat Out's United Patriot rallied to win a four-way photo in a six-furlong maiden 2-year-old affair Oct. 13 at Keeneland.

He is the 10th winner from Flat Out's first crop, fourth-most for all Freshman Sires standing in North America.

United Patriot, who rallied from several lengths off the pace with a six-wide rally in the stretch, won by a head despite being bumped several times late. 

The winner, who sold for $155,000 at the Barretts March 2-year-old sale, comes from the same family of multiple Grade 1 winner John's Call and Arlington-Washington Lassie S. (G3) winner Lisa M.
