Warrior's Reward: 5 starters, 5 MSW winners

Warrior's Reward

Saturday, July 05, 2014
Lady Paislee kept the incredible win streak for Warrior's Reward rolling with a runaway, eight length maiden special weight score at Canterbury Park on Saturday. All five of Warrior's Reward's starters to date have won their debut, with each of them winning special weight contests at different tracks.

With the five winners, as well as Liatris and Unbridled Reward both finishing second in their initial stakes starts, Warrior's Reward is the #1 ranked Freshman Sire in North America.

Lady Paislee, who was bred by Spendthrift Stallions in partnership with Brandywine Farm LLC, broke smartly in the five furlong dash, winning with plenty of energy in reserve as she stopped the timer in :59.32 seconds (VIDEO).

Brandywine consigned the bay filly to the 2013 Keeneland September Yearling sale, where she brought a winning bid of $57,000 from her current owner Jer-Mar Stable LLC.
