150K colt opens OBS October for Jimmy Creed

Jimmy Creed had one of the top four colts during Tuesday’s opening session of the Oct. 10-11 2017 OBS Yearling Sale when Stephanie Wedge & Del Secco, DCS, Inc. went to $150,000 to secure hip No. 31.

Consigned by Select Sales, agent, the dark bay is out of Showmethegreencard, who is a sister to Rampart H. (G2) winner De Bertie and has produced nine winners, including stakes winner Mrs. Began and the stakes-placed duo of Royal Card and Hey Baby.

Jimmy Creed is a top-five First-Crop Sire of 2017, with 12 winners, led by Spectator, winner of the Sorrento S. (G2), and Wall of Compassion, who placed in the Adirondack S. (G2).
