Cyberknife tops all Freshman sires at Fasig-Tipton July Yearling sale
July 8, 2025

When Cyberknife’s hip No. 259 hammered for $330,000 at the Fasig-Tipton’s July sale on Tuesday afternoon, it would be the highest price of the auction paid for any offspring of a First-Crop sire during the one-day auction.
With four lots selling for at least six figures and an overall average of $116,500, Cyberknife was the leading freshman sire in both categories.
Hip No. 259, who was also sold for the third-highest price overall, was consigned by Paramount Sales, agent and purchased by Mahmud Mouni.
The dark bay colt is out of My Lady Munnings, who is a half-sister to the multiple graded-placed Speed Hawk.
Cyberknife, winner of both the Arkansas Derby (G1) and Haskell Inv. (G1), earned over $2.1 million in his career. He bred an average of 201 mares in his first two years at stud and stood the 2025 season for $15,000 S&N.
