$2 million Into Mischief colt leads the way Saturday at Keeneland
September 13, 2025

Into Mischief notched his sixth seven-figure horses of the Keeneland September sale on Saturday when hip No. 1197 sold for $2 million early in the session.
The price was the highest paid for any of Into Mischief’s yearlings to this point in the sale, and also was the top price of the session.
Consigned by Gainesway, agent, bloodstock agent Justin Casse signed the ticket on behalf of Coolmore, White Birch Farm, and John Oxley.
The bay is out of the unraced Empire Maker mare Miss Jessica, who is a half-sister to Cross Traffic’s champion 2-year-old filly Jaywalk and multiple stakes winner Danzatrice, herself the dam of Blue Grass S. (G1) winner Tapit Trice.
The subject colt was bred in Kentucky by Al Shira’aa Racing and Gainesway Thoroughbreds.
