Omaha Beach filly very game in Ballston Spa S. (G2) win
August 23, 2026

And One More Time fended off several challenges to score a neck victory in Saturday’s $300,000 Ballston Spa S. (G2) at Saratoga, the second career graded win, and fourth stakes win overall, for the 4-year-old daughter of Omaha Beach.
Omaha Beach continues to hold a wide lead on this year’s Fourth-Crop sire list, leading in virtually every category. And One More Time is her sire’s leading earner in 2026 and is one of his eight stakes winners and three graded winners.
After an even break, And One More Time made her way to the front before entering the first turn. She was pressed closely by Long Ago (GB) though a half-mile of :47.05. On the final turn, Long Ago made a serious bid for the lead, but And One More Time turned her away to clear off by two lengths turning for home.
In the stretch Segesta and Sunlit Uplands (IRE) both made bold bids for the lead, but each time And One More Time continued to dig in to ultimately win a three-way photo.
The final time for the 1 1/16-miles on the firm turf was a solid 1:40.80.
“She’s really on her game right now. I’ve never seen her so good,” said winning trainer Mark Casse. “They had shots to get by her, but they couldn’t. She deserves to be the winner.”
Winner of the Natalma S. (G1) as a 2-year-old, And One More Time is 6-1-0 in 11 starts, with earnings of $694,672 for owner Live Oak Plantation.
And One More Time was bred in Kentucky by William Harrigan & Mike Pietrangelo and is a half-sister to graded stakes winners Simply in Front and Honor D Lady. The dark bay filly sold to Live Oak for $750,000 at the 2023 Fasig-Tipton Saratoga sale.
