Spendthrift Farm added Grade 3 winner Foggy Night to their broodmare band after launching the winning bid of $850,000 at the 2025 Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale.

A daughter of Khozan, himself a brother to legendary mare Royal Delta and successful stallion in Florida, Foggy Night won the 2023 Grade 3 Delaware Oaks and the listed Cathryn Sophia Stakes. She was covered by legendary sire Into Mischief and was sold in foal on the early cover to the sire.

The resulting foal will be bred on the unbelievably successful cross of Into Mischief and Distorted Humor, responsible for 13 stakes winners including Grade 1 winners and successful young sires Life Is Good and Practical Joke.
