Let Em Know the first Breeders’ Cup starter for Jackie’s Warrior
October 27, 2026
Leading First-Crop sire Jackie’s Warrior will have first Breeders’ Cup runner on Friday at Keeneland when Grade 2 winner Let Em Know goes postward in the $1 million Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf (G1).
Winner of the Pilgrim S. (G2) at Belmont Park on Oct. 3, Let Em Know is owned by Anthony Tate, Robert J. Ogilvie, Joe Pickerrell and Diamond T Racing LLC and drew post 7 in the full field of 14 2-year-olds. The bay colt is trained by Whit Beckman and will be ridden by Edgard Zayas, who has been aboard for three of his four lifetime starts.
Let Em Know has two wins in three starts on the grass; his only defeat came after a very troubled trip in the Summer S. (G1). He was bred in Kentucky by Dixiana Farms LLC and is out of Grade 2 winner America’s Tale.
The Juvenile Turf is race 10 on Friday, with a scheduled post time of 5:35 pm ET.
Jackie’s Warrior, the Champion Sprinter of 2021, entered stud at Spendthrift in 2023. He has accounted for five stakes horses and 18 individual winners to date this year. His 2027 fee will be $35,000 S&N.
