Cinco Charlie runners scoring at impressive rate

When Freerunning broke his maiden on Dec. 18 at Los Alamitos, it marked the 14th winner from Cinco Charlie’s first crop to race. His runners are scoring at stellar a rate of 50%, second to only Not This Time on the 2020 First-Crop sire list.

Freerunning won the 5 ½-furlong race by a neck, out-dueling Rest Easy Two Four in the final furlong after making a five-wide move for the lead on the turn.

The winner is owned by C T R Stables and was bred in Kentucky by Equus Farm.

Seven-time stakes winner Cinco Charlie is standing the 2021 season at Spendthrift Farm for $5,000 S&N.
