Cross Traffic seeks second Breeders’ Cup winner

Cross Traffic, sire of 2018 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies (G1) winner and eventual champion Jaywalk, will be represented in this year’s rendition of the race Friday at Keeneland by Sabra Tuff.
The gray/roan filly, trained by Dallas Stewart for Valene Farms, LLC, drew post 4 in the full field of 14 going 1 1/16-miles.
Sabra Tuff was a winner on debut in early June at Churchill Downs, then placed in both the Adirondack S. (G3) and Debutante S. at Churchill. She’ll be ridden by Paco Lopez.
The Juvenile Fillies is race 7 at 3:40 p.m. ET.
Cross Traffic has accounted for five stakes winners and 10 stakes horses overall this year. He will stand the 2023 season for $7,500 live foal.
