Jackie’s Warrior morning line favorite for Breeders’ Cup Juvenile (G1)

Future Spendthrift stallion and multiple Grade 1 winner was installed as the 7-5 favorite for Friday’s $2 million Breeders’ Cup Juvenile (G1) at Keeneland.

The undefeated winner of the Champagne (G1), Hopeful S. (G1) and Saratoga Special (G1) drew post seven in the 14-horse field of 2-year-olds.

Spendthrift acquired the breeding rights to the dynamic son of Maclean’s Music soon after his Champagne win on Oct. 10. Now four-for-four, Jackie’s Warrior has earned $402,564 for owners Kirk and Judy Robinson.

Trained by Hall of Famer Steve Asmussen, Jackie’s Warrior will be ridden Friday by Joel Rosario. The Juvenile is race 10 with a post time of 5:15 p.m. ET.
