Jimmy Creed colt streaks to front-running victory

August 26, 2017

Go Willy Go got to the front soon after the start of his maiden special weight race Saturday at Timonium Racetrack, winning the four-furlong contest by a length to become Jimmy Creed’s ninth winner from his first crop of runners.

Go Willy Go is trained by Linda Albert for Mens Grille Racing and was bred in Kentucky by Sean and Anna Curtin. Go Willy Go is the first foal out of Laters Babe, who is a half-sister to Argentina’s Horse of the Year Second Reality.

Jimmy Creed’s superlative first crop includes dynamic Sorrento S. (G2) winner Spectator and Grade 2-placed Wall of Compassion, helping him to the third spot on the First-Crop Sire list.
