Jimmy Creed’s Jack Hammer keeps record intact in LA Prince S.

Trained by Bret Calhoun for owner/breeder Allied Racing Stable, Jack Hammer pressed Marks Promise for six furlongs, then moved up along side for the stretch run. He surged past and won drawing off, with the rest of the field a dozen lengths behind the runner-up.

With the win, Jack Hammer has now earned $157,755. Out of Lipstick Junky, Jack Hammer is a half-brother to three-time stakes winner Winning Romance.

Jimmy Creed’s progeny had an excellent 2022, earning more than $6.5 million, led by Fourstardave S. (G1) and Jaipur S. (G1) winner Casa Creed. Jimmy Creed stands the 2023 season for $10,000 live foal.
