The brilliant and undefeated juvenile Maximus Mischief is off to a quick start with his first crop of juveniles, as his debutante Kristinachrysalis broke her maiden in a $54,000 MdSpWt race May 25th at Pimlico to become the first winner for her sire.

Like Maximus Mischief, the bay filly showed good speed and led at every pole of her 4 1/2-furlong score, stopping the clock in 52.90 seconds over a fast track. Trained by Anthony Farrior, Kristinachrysalis earned $36,150 for owner Richard Burnsworth. She was bred by Schiano Racing Inc.

The first winner of his young stallion career came a couple of days after Maximus Mischief saw his popular first-crop juveniles sell for $280,000, $250,000 and $150,000 at the annual Fasig-Tipton Midlantic Sale in Timonium, Maryland.
