The first day of the Keeneland September sale included a pair of colts from much-anticipated  first crop of Spendthrift stallion Cyberknife included a $550,000 colt that sold to CHC Inc., Maverick Racing and First Go Racing.

The colt, consigned by Denali Stud and bred by Three Chimneys Farm, was cataloged as hip No. 116.

Out of the multiple stakes-winning Into Mischief mare She’s My Gem, the bay juvenile hails from the same family as Grade 1 winner My Conquestadory and millionaire Kelly Kip.

Cyberknife’s other offering during Monday’s session, hip No. 50 consigned by Taylor Made Sales Agency, went to high-profile buyer Mike Repole for $225,000. The colt’s female family is rich with graded stakes winners, including the Breeders’ Cup winning duo of Shared Account and Sharing.

Cyberknife, a son of Gun Runner and winner of both the Haskell Inv. (G1) and Arkansas Derby (G1), earned over $2.1 million in his career. He bred an average of 201 mares in his first two seasons at stud and stood for $15,000 in 2025.

Cyberknife has a total of 99 lots cataloged in the Keeneland sale.
