August 11, 2025
First-Crop sire By My Standards got his latest winner on Aug. 10 when Zeus’s Echo scored a 3 ¼-length maiden special weight win going 5 ½-furlongs on the turf [WATCH RACE].
Zeus’s Echo was prominent immediately after the break as he zipped through a quarter-mile in :21.77. The lively pace continued on the turn as he flashed by the half-mile in :43.25. The fast early fractions were of no consequence for the pacesetter, who widened his margin in the stretch to finish in 1:00.80 on the firm turf.
Zeus’s Echo races in the colors of Ryan Ritt’s Rittdiculous Gazmanian Stable. The bay colt was bred in Kentucky by Hearts Desire Farm LLC & Elke Zuckerwar and sold to his owner for $100,000 at the OBS Spring 2-year-old sale in April.
By My Standards, who hails from the Into Mischief sire line, won over $2.2 million in his career. Among his first-crop winners is Sugaree, who is entered in the $100,000 Prairie Meadows Debutante S. on Aug. 15.
