Not a Lady the newest 2yo stakes winner for Into Mischief

December 20, 2025

Into Mischief tallied his 27th stakes winner of 2025 on Dec. 20 when Not a Lady scored handily by 2 ½-lengths in the Toby Keith S. at Remington Park.

The 2-year-old filly is the sixth juvenile stakes winner of the year for her sire, a list that is topped by the undefeated Breeders’ Cup winner Ted Noffey, who is almost certain to be named the champion juvenile male, and two-time Grade 1 winner Tommy Jo.

Not a Lady, owned by Winchell Thoroughbreds, looked like a winner every stride of Friday night’s one-mile race. She patiently tracked Alisal for four furlongs, moved up along side her on the turn, then took over in the stretch while being hand-ridden the entire trip.

A winner of three out of five starts, along with a second in the My Trusty Cat S., Not a Lady has earned $112,056. The bay filly was bred in Kentucky by Curtis Green.
