And One More Time scored a gate-to-wire win in the $150,000 De La Rose S. July 17 at Saratoga to give the 4-year-old Omaha Beach filly her third lifetime stakes win.
With eight stakes winners and over $6.8 million in progeny earnings to date in 2026, Omaha Beach comfortably leads the Fourth-Crop Sire list.
Trainer Mark Casse stated before the race that the plan was to have And One More Time go to the lead, and she did just that, setting a comfortable half-mile in :48.13. She maintained her one length lead around the final turn, the repelled several challenges in the stretch to win by 1 ¼-lengths in1:34.36 for the mile on the firm turf.
“She had a tough trip last time (when fifth in the Just A Game (G1)), it wasn’t her fault. She was wide on both turns. I felt like looking at the horses that had beat her before, she could beat them [today],” Casse said.
Winner of the Grade 1 Natalma S. as a 2-year-old, And One More Time captured the Plenty O Grace S. in April at Aqueduct. She is owned by Live Oak Plantation and was bred by William Harrigan and Mike Pietrangelo in Kentucky. And One More Time is now 5-1-0 in 10 starts and has earned $529,672.
