Hip 27 at the 2026 Keeneland September Yearling Auction Sale was the first one through the ring for sire Forte, the Champion 2yo colt in 2022, and is his highest priced yearling to see so far hammering down at $800,000 to Greenwell Thoroughbreds.

Bred and raised by Spendthrift Farm, he is out of the Malibu Moon mare Sianara. Herself a daughter of Malibu Moon and a half-sister to Grade 2 winner Forbidden Kingdom. A winner at the track, Sianara was purchased by Spendthrift Farm at the 2022 Keeneland November Sale for $375,000. This colt is her first foal.

A frequent stop on Shuttle Tours as a foal and weanling, Sianara ’25 was known for his brave and confident disposition.
