Into Mischief filly makes it back-to-back black type wins

August 5, 2018

I’m Betty G used her natural speed to triumph in Sunday’s $100,000 Kentucky Downs Preview Ladies Turf S. Sunday afternoon at Ellis Park. The victory comes on the heels of her win in the $100,000 Lady Canterbury S. on June 23.

The 4-year-old Into Mischief filly now has three total stakes wins and an overall record of 5-1-5 in 15 starts and has banked $314,175 for Three Diamonds Farm.

Sent straight to the front out of the gate by Tyler Gafflione, I’m Betty G never let her competition within a length of her at any point. She completed the mile on the firm turf in 1:32.64, missing the track record by just .04 seconds [WATCH RACE].

Bred by Carol Kaye and Boyce Stable, I’m Betty G was a $150,000 purchase by her owner at the 2016 Fasig-Tipton Midlantic Spring 2-year-old sale.

Into Mischief, in the top five on this year’s General Sire list, had a fantastic weekend with three stakes winners over the two-day span. After standing for $100,000 this year, his fee for 2019 is yet to be announced.
