Trio of six-figure 2yos at OBS March sale for Rock Your World

Grade 1 winner Rock Your World, whose first foals are 2-year-olds of 2025, had three juveniles bring six figures during the Wednesday session of the OBS March 2-year-olds in Training sale.

Leading the way was hip No. 438, which sold for $180,000 to Pedro Lanz, agent for KAS Stables.

Consigned by Golden Thoroughbreds Training and Sales, the bay colt had breezed a furlong in 10 seconds flat during last week’s Under Tack show.

Bred in Florida, the colt is the second foal out of the Into Mischief mare Pleadthefifth. This is the family of champion Negligent (IRE) and 2-year-old graded stakes winner River Seven.

With nine lots sold through the first two days of the sale, Rock Your World’s average sale price is more than 15 times his stud fee. The Santa Anita Derby (G1) winner bred 219 mares in his first year at stud and currently stands for $5,000 live foal S&N.
