Into Mischief colt $270K bid at KEEJAN

Into Mischief had one of the top yearling colts through the first four days of the Jan. 9-13 Keeneland Horses of All Ages sale when a colt brought a winning bid of $270,000 during Tuesday's second session.

The colt, hip No. 770, was consigned by Mulholland Springs, agent, and went to Everest Bloodstock. The second foal from the Dixie Union mare I'm Cruising Dixie, the bay Kentucky-bred is a half-brother to the stakes-placed Mezzano.

Into Mischief, last year's leading sire of 2-year-olds, was booked full in 2016 with 218 mares bred, his fourth consecutive year to top the 200 mark.
