Known Agenda’s Squad Goals rallies strongly to win $100,000 Tom Ridge S.

.Squad Goals used a rail skimming trip to rally from last at the top of the stretch to win the $100,000 Tom Ridge S. Monday at Presque Isle Downs [WATCH RACE].

Making his first start since early November, the 3-year-old son of Known Agenda broke in no hurry from post 1 and trailed the field through fractions of :21.57 and :44.79. With the field fanning out in front of him coming into the stretch, Squad Goals found an opening along the rail and shot through to seize the lead with a furlong to go. He extended his margin from there to win by 1 ½-lengths in a swift 1:09.96 for the six furlongs.

Owned and trained by Adam Rice, Squad Goals was bred in Kentucky by Magic Oaks Farm.
