Another flashy 2yo winner for Tiz Wonderful

Saturday, July 21, 2012

Freshman sire Tiz Wonderful got his latest impressive maiden winner from his debut crop of 2-year-olds when Floor Money sprinted clear in the stretch to win a $40,000 maiden special weight heat by 2 ¼ lengths [VIDEO] on July 21 at Arlington.

The bay colt stopped the clock in 58.72 for five furlongs over the local Polytrack. Last month, he fell just three-quarters of a length short in his debut at Arlington.

Floor Money joins 2-year-old filly Scammony, a debut winner last month at Churchill, as promising juvenile winners from the debut crop of Tiz Wonderful, who himself was an undefeated multiple graded stakes winner at two.
