Bronx Beauty was in peak form in her two-length victory in Saturday's $100,000 new Start S. at Penn National.

Making her first start since winning the $100,000 Blue Mountain Juvenile Fillies S. last November, the 3-year-old Liaison filly was full of run through the stretch, drawing away in the final stages to win by two lengths under a confident ride by John Velazquez. She completed the six furlongs in 1:10.35 (VIDEO).

The gray/roan filly has won four of five lifetime starts, including three stakes, and has banked $180,720 for 2W Stables LLC.

Liaison is among the leading Second-Crop Sires by stakes horses with four to date, including Thirteen Squared, who placed in both the Santa Anita Oaks (G1) and Santa Ysabel S. (G3), and Arlington Classic (G3) runner-up Pont Du Gard.

Bronx Beauty was bred by Blackstone Farm LLC and is out of Forever Sunshine, whose dam In Her Glory was multiple Grade 1-placed.
